I’ve dealt extensively with A R Business Brokers Inc. and Shawn Hodgson twice, first to buy a day spa, and then to sell the same spa a few years later (after realizing that I couldn’t run it effectively as an absentee owner). In both cases, he was helpful and professional. Since the business was a fixer-upper, with an uncertain lease and annual losses, it wasn’t the kind of business that sold itself. We did many showings and finally closed a deal at a price that I was comfortable with.
