Search & Represent is our proactive program where we conduct targeted outreach to up to 300 businesses on your behalf. Represent Only is for buyers who have already found opportunities and need expert help managing the transaction. Both are 6-month programs with full support.

For our Search & Represent program, outreach launches in Week 4 and opportunities can surface anytime after that depending on your criteria. From accepted offer to closing typically takes 6-12 weeks. Total timeline varies based on your specific requirements.
