Partner A: A results-driven entrepreneur and business leader with a proven track record across business ownership, human resources, sales, and operations. A former franchise owner/operator who has built and led high-performing teams, managed complex business challenges, and consistently delivered sustainable growth. Known for a collaborative, hands-on approach and a strong ability to build lasting relationships with clients, employees, and stakeholders. This partner will be the primary operator of the acquired business, fully committed on a full-time basis from day one.

Partner B: A seasoned Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and certified corporate director (ICD.D) with an extensive career advising a diverse range of domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets financing, and investment structuring. A former Public Trustee of one of Canada’s largest publicly traded residential REITs, serving a full 15-year term on the Board, where they contributed invaluable insight and leadership at the governance level. This partner brings deep financial acumen, M&A expertise, and board-level governance to the partnership, providing strategic oversight and ensuring sound financial decision-making throughout the acquisition and beyond.
